Customer Issue: The customer’s garage door opener refused to turn on, even when plugged in and connected.
Our Solution: The external wiring all seemed to be in good order, and the electrical outlets were providing power. Our exploration of the garage door opener’s internals revealed a faulty motherboard. Replacing the motherboard and then reprogramming the opener from its factory settings restored full functionality.
